Method
Your job history, turned into a ranking.
1 — Record
Bid, then close out
Enter a job's estimated costs per driver when you bid it. When the job wraps, enter what each driver actually cost.
2 — Measure
Variance, per driver, per city
We compute the gap between estimate and actual on every line of every job, separately for each city you work in.
3 — Rank
See what hurts
Your dashboard shows a heat map of drivers by city. Darker cells are where your bids leak margin — e.g., "weather, underestimated ~15%, in coastal cities."
Why it stays accurate
Rankings recalculate the moment a job's actuals land, in the same database transaction that records them. Your numbers and your rankings can't drift apart — there's no batch job to wait on and no stale report.
